The MB Operations Specialist I is responsible for the compilation of documents in the systems that are required for loan closing. The specialist is responsible for and electronically distributed documents to the Settlement Agent and to the Printing location. This individual will also balance the wire and update the loan’s status to notate the system that the wire is ready to be sent to the settlement agent. The Specialist will also be responsible for making sure all State specific requirements have been met.
