The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is a growing organization with more than 3,000 employees and contract workers. CISOs purpose is to ensure that an appropriate level of cybersecurity governance, controls, and capabilities are in place to protect Citis and its clients information assets, with end-to-end accountability across the firm. Within CISO, the CISO Business Office provides overall business and financial support for the CISO organization, in partnership with the individual CISO function business offices. The CISO Business Office also manages the process to provide cybersecurity updates to the Citi Board of Directors and the Information Security Risk Committee (ISRC) process.


**The** **CISO Business Office Data Analyst** **reports to the CISO Business Office Head.**


**Job Description**


CISO Business Office Analyst will:


+ Contribute to, and edit key meeting materials, presentations, and talking points on behalf of the Chief Information Security Officer.

+ Manage CISOs Return to Office (RTO) efforts to ensure a safe and coordinated return to the office during the COVID-19 pandemic.

+ Extract and manipulate data from Citis Headcount and HR Analytics tools to provide CISO senior management and their teams with accurate and timely views of Human Capital data.

+ Coordinate, contribute to, and edit the Executive Scorecard on behalf of the Chief Information Security Officer. Challenge inputs from submitters to ensure they are clear, consistent, correct, and concise, and that remediation plans exist for red or amber items.

+ Oversee ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

+ Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships across the firm to enable leadership success.

+ Provide ad-hoc operational support.

+ Assist with Information Security reporting and automation.

+ Identify opportunities to streamline processes.

**_Skills Required_** :


+ Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Office or Analyst role, preferably within Information Security or Information Technology, with proven ability to manage conflict, provide leadership, organize, and make decisions.

+ Proven ability to work with large datasets.

+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, PowerPoint.

+ Leadership and adaptability when facing unique challenges encountered to effectively work with individuals in diverse cultures and business environments.

+ Strong work ethic and a proactive mindset with ability to critically think outside of the box to solve problems.

+ Proven ability to work independently and in a multi-tasking environment with strong analytical and conflict resolution skills and deep sense of ownership over success of projects and deliverables.

+ Strong written and oral communication skills.

+ Strong meeting organization and facilitation skills.

+ Track record of managing work to achieve milestones on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent attention to detail.

+ Bachelors Degree
