The CSAM will act as the client advocate and drive internal coordination by partnering with Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance to deliver service excellence. As the Client Service Account manager you will also support ongoing overall relationship health monitoring to forecast client “temperature” and facilitate regular discussion with Sales and the Global Corporate Bank.This position also include a role as Implementation Consultant (IC) that will manage the implementation process for local accounts and other domestic wholesale payments products in Colombia. Using project management skills and internal tools the IC will ensure that products requested by the client are implemented and setup within defined standards and a high quality client experience.
