Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Support and execute top priorities and initiatives for the Global Client Service organization:

  • Coordinate and execute against the Global Client Service priorities and focus areas
  • Coordinate business strategy and cross business initiatives; engage with key business partners to drive business goals and objectives
  • Large focus on managing projects as part of the Global Client Service Technology Transformation strategy, including effectively gathering, understanding and representing business requirements
  • Partner with senior management, Middle Office Transformation group, and Technology stakeholders to ensure initiatives are running as planned
  • Create and maintain project plans, drive accountability and ensure target deliverable dates are achieved
  • Manage, track and report results against established metrics
  • Develop and facilitate metrics/materials for regular Business Reviews that provide meaningful business insight and analytics to senior management
  • Assist in driving improvement in overall client experience

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor™s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Able to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) and interact with senior level management
  • Ability to create executive presentations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel)
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to think strategically and organize/analyze complex data
  • Self-motivated personality that works well in a team environment to deliver against key objectives
  • Understand AGILE project methodology (preferred)
