The Manager will be expected to lead high-impact initiatives ranging from People, Process and Technology with senior leadership visibility. The programs will typically be in the Cross Organizational in and around EMEA Core Cash teams, where you will be required to identify opportunities for large impact transformation using a data driven approach and lead a program that will deliver on a target state vision to increase operational efficiency. You will be asked to lead work streams/projects across the CIB lines of business from assessment through articulation of recommendations and execution.
