The Quality Control Process Manager directly supervises between 3-4 staff, the team is primarily responsible in ensuring all requests that were processed by Critical Entry and Payments are properly validated. This role interacts with his/her peers within Billing particularly in Critical Entry, Workflow, Payments, Integrity Interface/Capture, and the QC team in Tampa and Manila. Apart from handling people, this role also performs validation of transactions and generation of management reports.
