The Client Engagement Middle Office team (CET) works in close partnership with Client Service Account Managers (CSAMs) and Client Facing Middle Office (CFTs) who own complex items such as Service Delivery Issues (SDIs) and/or Service Requests (SRs). The CET Middle Office Rep works with key stakeholders both locally and globally to ensure provision of timely and efficient level of issues resolution.The CET Middle Office Rep will own multiple concurrent projects aimed at improving the way we do business or positively impacting the client experience. The role of the CET Middle Office Rep may vary depending on the initiative. It is expected that he/she will partner and be the advocate for the client across other internal business and operations groups.
