The Executive Director ( ED) will lead an Operational Service team responsible for high quality service delivery across all mutual fund product offerings provided by Global Fund Services. The ED is responsible and accountable for the end to end delivery of services to clients and its distributed operating model. The successful candidate will partner with the technology, operations and product teams to own the overall delivery of services provided. The successful candidate will lead a team with multiple clients across the product offering. The ED will drive client issue resolution, collaborate with stakeholders to execute consistently on client deliverables, communicate client status updates and provide KPIs with a focus on appropriate escalation and risk prioritization. The incumbent will also be accountable for building and leveraging a network of partners across Corporate Investment Bank organizations to promote client focus and drive overall service quality.
