The candidate joining our group will be expected to lead high-impact initiatives covering People, Process and Technology programs with senior leadership visibility. The programs will typically revolve around Middle Office teams, where you will be required to identify opportunities for large impact transformation using a data driven approach and lead a program that will deliver on a target state vision to increase operational efficiency, reduce operational risk or enhance the client experience. You will be asked to lead work streams/projects across the CIB lines of business from assessment through to execution.
