The Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) Quality Team is part of CCS supporting WLS Operations through robust Quality Assurance testing for all critical processes. The WLS Change Management Team is part of the WLS Quality Team and supports the WLS Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) programs by ensuring the testing environment meets the Quality Program standards through management of the team’s process and testing script updates.
