Job Description:

This role is responsible for IT change control processes, reporting to the Sr. Director, IT Infrastructure and coordinates committee efforts on behalf of the Change Control Board. The role leads multiple projects and coordinates work efforts and initiatives related to ERP systems and deployments.

Essential Functions:
Leads projects using Project Management standards to coordinate and develop project plans and supporting documentation for IT projects such as project schedules, work breakdown structures, risk management plans, security plans, change management plans, and disaster recovery plans; leads multiple development teams utilizing knowledge of advanced IT tools and technologies to provide technical oversight
Manages and facilitates IT Change Control processes, meetings, and documentation. Coordinates committee efforts on behalf of the Change Control Board. Helps develop and implement Change Control maturity model. Manages project Gate review's with IT staff to ensure changes are made with awareness and approval. Escalates issues to executive leadership for significant or impactful changes, delays, or requirement requests. Manage Change Control ticketing system.
Coordinates work efforts and initiatives related to ERP systems (PeopleSoft, Dynamics, etc.) and related integrations, development, and training. Works closely with vendor, IT, Finance, and HR teams on weekly and monthly maintenance efforts.
Coordinates implementation and deployment efforts with the DevOps and Infrastructure teams. Works closely with the PMO team on operational tasks and training efforts.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in order to apply a working knowledge of the theories and principles in a specialized field or work discipline.
Requires at least ten years of related work experience.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
5+ Years' Managing IT projects
5+ Years' experience with ERP systems, such as PeopleSoft and Microsoft Dynamics
