Finance & Business Management function is a strategic business partners aligned to a product-agile financial model, producing valuable insights and supporting the right decisions for CCB Technology. We have successfully shifted the broader CCB team to operate in the product-agile framework with wide adoption of efficient processes & digital tools. We provide high quality, forward-looking, actionable finance deliverables to enable timely & thoughtful decision making across the Finance, Product & Technology teams and can articulate the rationale on those decisions, while telling a connected story in a meaningful way.

Role Description

This role will be responsible for optimizing business performances and helping drive oversight of day to day operations for the CCB Product & Technology CFOs. We act as trusted advisors, partners and counterweight to Business/Group Heads. We are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks whilst helping to drive industry-leading projects to provide our customers with a best-in-class experience. We also strive to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. Amongst our responsibilities are a wide range of activities including financial control, forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g. dashboards), and advising the line of business CFOs on how to increase profitability and efficiencies.

  • Business Management: Build, maintain effective relationships with stakeholders in various products, and proposing/driving solutions. This role will interface with key influencers and decision-makers across various Products, Technology, Analytics and Finance functions
  • Executive reporting: Coordinate central reporting of key OKRs/updates to CCB leadership
