A dedicated CCB Partner Integration Management organization is being established to integrate acquired companies into JPMorgan Chase and realize business values through product, client, technology, operations, and controls integration. The Partner Integration Management Office leads the multi-year integration program and works with business and functional leaders to execute the integration plan across the organization.

Role(s)

We are seeking strong, execution-focused professional(s) to join the Integration Management organization. The position will lead the planning and delivery of key deliverables across a set of integration workstreams (Business, Functional, or Controls) across multiple LOBs. This role is critical to the Integration Program and will involve business management, analysis, and program management. The individual will plan, execute, and monitor integration workstreams while ensuring appropriate documentation, stakeholder management, and executive reporting. The role requires working closely with our cross-functional partners in Business Development, Relationship Management, Product, Operations, and IT. This role will also require interaction with various Legal, Risk, Control and Compliance teams to ensure the control agenda is managed effectively.

The role will be primarily based in either New York City or Wilmington. Other locations may be considered for the qualified candidate

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide support and structure to Integration workstreams to ensure alignment of objectives, desired outcome, and execution plans
  • Navigate within the organization and align key stakeholders to influence, build consensus and get things done
  • Build and gain alignment on project plan(s) with clear objectives to be delivered, milestones, owners and due dates
  • Lay out the critical path and identify and coordinate interdependencies across work-streams
  • Structure and lead working sessions to plan and execute integration work on assigned workstream(s)
  • Implement project management disciplines to monitor and control project execution and ensure the desired outcome is achieved
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, bring the appropriate resources together, and drive the design and implementation of solutions, decision making, and risk mitigation
  • Create and deliver communications and status reporting

Educational/Work Experience Qualifications:

We are looking for an individual with strong business acumen, willing to be hands-on, and has practical experience in working on complex initiatives. He or she must have the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Ideally in a field demonstrating structured and organized approach to work
  • 7+ years in relevant business role, management consulting, project/program management, or other financial/analytic roles
  • Demonstrated leadership skills. self-starter and execution oriented. Ability to take initiative
  • Ability to ramp up on new assignments quickly with limited direction in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong judgment, professional maturity, personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, fact based, has the courage to ask the tough questions and challenge the status quo and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint/PitchPro, SharePoint preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Credit Card/Payments and related industries preferred
  • Proven experience in large, complex programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively; develop strong partnership with multiple levels of employees
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and produce successful results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in working in a controlled/regulated environment is preferred
