About this position:

The Connected Commerce P&A team is seeking a highly motivated critical thinker with an interest in analyzing and influencing marketing spend in order to maximize and drive profitability as well as efficiency. This position sits within the Card & Connected Commerce P&A organization, a key business within Chase™s Consumer & Community Banking group. Connected Commerce at its core is a two sided platform connecting our Chase consumers on one side with valued merchant partners on the other side.

Responsibilities:

This role will manage the reporting, variance analysis, and storytelling of the Connected Commerce marketing investments/expenses to senior management including CCB partners for monthly business reviews and quarterly earnings. This person will support the financial planning forecast(s) in partnership with Marketing and Finance teams in addition to maintaining MIS systems and infrastructure for marketing expense while driving reporting visualization, transformation and automation of existing process.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in an analytical / reporting role, preferably in the Card industry
• Proficiency in Hyperion Essbase and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Database management and data manipulation and visualization experience (SAS, Alteryx, Tableau) is a plus
• Bachelor™s degree required
