As a Control Manager, Executive Director within the CCB D & A Control Management Organization, you will be responsible for setting the strategy and framework for the tactical assessment of CCB Data. The successful candidate will manage a team of control managers responsible for designing, developing, and creating test plans and requirements along with the execution of detailed test cases. Additionally, develop a strategic roadmap and related activities designed to optimize data quality to assess the impact on business outcomes. Moreover, you will manage a team who assists in control design & evaluation, to identify control issues, engaging key stakeholder to discuss root cause analysis outcomes.
Through a measured approach, the CCB D & A Control Manager, Executive Director is ultimately responsible for assessing the veracity of the data used to identify risk and control opportunities that impact business outcomes. Qualifications:
- Bachelor™s degree in computer science, statistics, information systems or related discipline
- 7+ years of financial service experience in performance management, audit, data quality assurance, data collection management preferred
- Knowledge of control and risk management concepts with the ability to design, create, and evaluate data quality in conjunction with business partners
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Visio; advanced Excel and Access skill required,
- Extensive experience with database testing specializing in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) and big data operations.
- Experienced professional with knowledge of software testing principles, tools, methods and processes that detect the presence of inadequacies in data
- Experience in Python Scripting and advanced structured query language data base administer (SQL DBA) level data analysis skills
