The Consumer Banking CAO Change Management team is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of changes aligned to strategic priorities and control efforts, that introduce change to our ~5,000+ branches. Changes can be physical, systemic, procedural or a combination of all. The CM collaborates with multiple stakeholders (technology, training, marketing, sales, communication, controls, vendors, etc.) to ensure field readiness with minimal disruption.
