The Billing Escalations team is a high performing team driving a holistic approach to revenue management and controls. Under CB Solutions, the Billing Escalations Team strives to improve the accuracy of our clients’ account analysis statements. The Billing Escalations team members are responsible for consulting Sales and Service on complex billing setup, providing support for billing related concerns and questions, investigating issues, and driving strategic billing solutions. The team liaises with internal stakeholders across functions and lines of business, developing and implementing billing policies and controls as well as training for our partners.
