We are looking for candidates who can elevate our global B2B casino business. This valued colleague pursues a deep understanding of the market drivers, customer needs and emerging trends to unlock opportunities and drive profitable growth. They partner with the sales, quality and other teams to create compelling stories and data driven support material to clearly distinguish the experience we deliver through our products, brands and superior service. The Brand Manager is a steward of our historic casino brands and a champion for finding innovative ways to build on our legacy.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to support and grow the global casino business.
  • Proactively identify and quantify business and innovation opportunities based on customer and marketplace understanding.
  • Design, lead and communicate all customer insight research projects, and new product concept testing from initiation to final
    presentation.
  • Lead the creation of innovative product concepts and business models that drive revenue and profitable growth and support the strategy.
  • Create and execute global marketing plans in support of the strategies, business plan, brand positioning and regional needs.
  • Build and nurture our casino brands and product portfolio to deliver on todays needs while future proofing our offering.
  • Craft all communication and customer facing materials.
  • Plan and execute all industry tradeshows.
  • Manage product mix and product lifecycles.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to reduce product costs and inefficiencies, improve margin and ensure best in class product experience for our customers.

Superior communication skills (listening, verbal and written) and interpersonal savvy

Highly proficient at data analysis and financial modeling

Ability to work collaboratively and fluidly across functions, organization levels and cultures

Problem Solving

Comfort and confidence working independently most of the time and comfort with ambiguity

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors in Marketing with 5+ yrs. experience in a B2B business setting. MBA preferred.

Experience managing brands and products.

Working knowledge of social media platforms used to market B2B brands.

Working knowledge of market research methodologies.

Working knowledge of project management best practices.

SKILLS:

Works quickly and proficiently in typical office software as well as business tools like SAP, Tableau, Salesforces.

Strong organizational skills and ability to quickly respond to changes in demands.
