Reporting into the NNA Talent Acquisition Manager, this position will deliver both internal & external customer satisfaction with the primary goal of coordinating and scheduling a variety of onsite and virtual interviews, supplying interview materials while administrating the background check process for all NNA new hires.



Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and schedules a variety of onsite and virtual interviews with interview teams, supplies interview materials, and independently resolves scheduling conflicts.
  • Schedules all candidate travel
  • Works through difficult challenges to ensure top talent is quickly and seamlessly scheduled for interviews.
  • Serves as primary contact for candidates throughout the interviewing process.
  • Communicates status, answers questions and coordinates all follow-up correspondence relating to interviews and background checks
  • Interfaces with candidates and hiring manager throughout the Talent Acquisition process to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Arranges all pre-employment activities including, background checks and drug screens; obtains all results and communicates those results appropriately with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition for disposition.
  • Organizes and maintains confidential electronic files and documents.
  • Effectively and efficiently communicates details to new hires regarding onboarding and orientation.
  • Coordinates new hire start dates with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure a positive new hire experience.
  • Assists the Talent Acquisition department with all scheduling related activities which may include but is not limited to the New Hire Experience Employee Resource Business Group, college co-op showcase and campus related recruiting events.
  • Assists with the planning and coordination of national recruiting events.


Qualifications

Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Demonstrated ability of high attention to detail in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage time and heavy workload
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and follow tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills with the proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and employees at all levels of MSA
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Education Required:

High School diploma or equivalent

Experience Required:

  • 1 year related experience in an HR or related customer service environment.

Experience Preferred:

  • Corporate Talent Acquisition experience.
  • ICIMS Applicant Tracking System experience.
