This role is in support of a key CCB priority against our regulatory obligation, and the heightened oversight and scrutiny around sustaining a strong track-record in response to Customer Complaints. COVID 19 and the current economic and political landscapes have raised awareness regarding the alleged disparities in some companies’ responses to complaints issued by certain ethnic and socioeconomic market segments. The work executed by these employees will have a direct impact on the Complaints Management organization’s ability to get “audit ready”, and complete all necessary audit readiness activities and testing to secure a satisfactory outcome during our upcoming Q1’2022 audit.
