Were growing rapidly and are currently seeking an Associate, ISO Assurance to support our Alpharetta, GA office.



Responsibilities

  • Assess client environments for conformity to relevant legal and industry context (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PDPA)
  • Audit the implemented Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) for organizations seeking certification to ISO 27701 and/or ISO 27001
  • Create and maintain work products utilized by our assessment teams for the delivery of privacy-related risk assessments, internal audits, and certification engagements
  • Drive growth of the privacy-focused audit teams through expansion of accreditation and clients
  • Co-develop assessment methodologies for worldwide data privacy regulations, frameworks, and standards that are either in development or currently in force
  • Partner with industry associations and vendor working groups that bring awareness to ethics and data protection among consumers


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience within management information systems, computer science, accounting, or general business.
  • 1+ years of experience within an information security or data privacy role (special preference for previous employment at the Big 4 professional services firms)
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with varied stakeholders (e.g. business, technical, executive).
  • Team player who thrives on collaboration and influencing without authority.
  • Well-developed organizational skills with a close attention to details.
