The Business Support Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks and projects related to User Access and access entitlements to various applications and shared folders. Responsibilities include assisting Manager with preparation for quarterly user access certifications and internal and/or external Audit requests related to user access entitlements. Additional responsibilities include assignment of Action Plans for User access and Application Ownership and Technology Projects as assigned by Manager. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to under pressure. Individual will be expected to work independently as well as interact with various levels of Operations teams to complete tasks and projects assigned.
