To ensure Payments Products UK Division meets future growth expectations, opportunities exist for Business Development Associates in London. The successful candidates will proactively influence business decision makers by promoting the benefits of our industry leading risk management tools and payment solutions. The key objective of the role is to secure sustainable, profitable trading relationships. In addition, the BDA will manage a number of existing customer relationships maintaining regular communication identifying upsell opportunities. Full training in the areas of Products and Services, WU Way, SFDC Cadence will be provided.
Maintain, grow and develop excellent working relationships both internally and externally at all levels across WUBS and up to C-Suite level.
Create monthly self-generated leads, non-existed in SFDC.
Connect across all Payment Products Teams to develop sales pipeline to drive revenue.
Reactivate non-trading/ non-active clients
Respond quickly to lead submissions to accurately determine lead value.
Gain a comprehensive understanding all WUBS Products and Services. Being able to demonstrate to a wide audience.
Gain a comprehensive understanding and usage of CRM tools.
Accurately forecast trades, revenue and timings of customer deals.
Meet monthly / quarterly performance targets and required daily/weekly set KPIs
Have the drive and desire to work on their own initiative whilst being a 100% team player. Continued self development of sales nurturing techniques and skills.
