Real Estate Americas’ Investment Specialists play a lead role in prospecting for new clients, deepening existing client and consultant relationships, creating and providing thought leadership and growth in new investment mandates for Global real estate strategies with US investors. Geographic focus of the role is on the Eastern and Central United States. Geographic focus notwithstanding, we take a flexible approach to territory management and look to leverage the relationships that each of our investment specialists have in the market. From a practical standpoint, this means the candidate will likely have some coverage responsibility outside of the Eastern and Central regions and may also extend beyond the U.S. The position will report to the Global Head of Real Estate Client Strategy.
