The regional Client Experience Manager will deliver a meaningful and actionable set of insights, with KPIs and OKRs for a firm-wide dashboard. This associate will participate in and help drive the Voice of Client program for Asset Management, including external peer to peer research and will be responsible for providing meaningful dashboards and directional metrics, such as NPS or OSAT to senior management to incorporate into the AM strategic priorities planning and focus.
