Corporate Technology Operate performs day to day production support and is primary point of contact for the Legal line of business. Applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day support of applications within scope to include; first point of contact for business users, support activities, issue investigation, defect tracking as well as working closely with other business and technology teams to resolve issues in a regionalized support model. The majority of issues the candidate will work on deal with troubleshooting and driving incident remediation for a portfolio of Legal applications on various technology platforms that include both custom developed and packaged software solutions.
