The Finance & Business Management (F&BM) Transformation group within the Office of the CFO (OCFO) partners with Financial Analysis, Treasury and Controllers to build scalable, end-to-end solutions that optimize the use of financial data assets, drive improvement in human capital productivity, advance platform capabilities & efficiency, maximize self-service, and exhibit robust controls. The F&BM Transformation group also develops and manages skills of the future development programs and actively engages colleagues across the organization to upskill to be positioned to evolve solutions over a long-term horizon.

F&BM Transformation collaborates with partners to understand business needs and works with Corporate Technology to design and build capabilities & apply solutions that elevate the way we provide financial & business information and insights across a range of key deliverables inclusive of monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting and capital stress testing, macroeconomic scenario design and execution, and the business development of our financial infrastructure. Further, we work with all Lines of Business (LOBs) across the firm™s ~$3.5T balance sheet:

  • Consumer & Community Banking, which includes Consumer & Business Banking, Home Lending, Credit Card & Auto
  • Corporate & Investment Banking, which includes Markets, Investment Banking, Wholesale Payments and Securities Services
  • Commercial Banking
  • Asset & Wealth Management
  • Treasury, CIO and Corporate

Role Description

The Solution Implementation Associate is a key foundational role on the newly formed Anaplan Product Team. This team is responsible for partnering Firmwide, across LOBs and functions to implement solutions for critical business processes on the Anaplan platform. The Solution Implementation Associate plays an integral role in delivering on product strategy from initiation through implementation including project and change management, user adoption, and training. An excellent understanding of Financial Planning & Budgeting processes is essential to drive business process transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Support end to end Anaplan product implementations from initiation, including product education, through evaluation, approval, prioritization, software development life cycle, and user adoption
  • Provide project management support for targeted use cases
  • Participate in the planning of large scale presentations, training events, and hackathons
  • Contribute to engagement efforts through development and evolution of key product marketing tools
  • Assist in the execution of end user change management plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor™s Degree with minimum 4+ years of Financial Planning or Business Intelligence experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of project management, BI tool implementation or product owner experience
  • Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization, presentation & communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams and work in a fast paced, results driven environment tackling complex problems
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle is preferred
  • Experience with Anaplan, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI and other BI tools is preferred
