Scope of Role & Complexity
- Demonstrates strong customer centric approach & ease of storytelling using visuals
- Experience with visualization software, preferably Tableau, Qlik Sense, REACT
- Knowledge of interactive data visualization best practices
- Experience leading design discovery meetings with end-users is preferred
- Sound experience of Tableau concepts like filters, parameters, sets, actions, date and time functions, data relationship models
- Analyzing internal processes to identify opportunities for improvement, as well as devising and implementing new innovative workflow solutions to improve data visualization
- Ability to optimize dashboard performance, load time and extract refresh time
- Ability to perform tasks in tight deadline and strong knowledge on Tableau extracts/hyper refresh, connection types and user™s permissions
- Have good understanding of data management systems and processes within the ecosystem
- Ability to write SQL queries, experience with scripting language such as Python/R is added advantage
- Experience working in Agile or fast paced and dynamic environment is a plus
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, collaborate with geographically dispersed terms

The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field with minimum 3+ years advanced analytics experience in large data environment, Computer science, Engineering
- 1+ years of financial application development Masters with advanced analytics experience preferred
- 3 or more years of experience with Tableau and/or Qlikview Tool
- 1 or more years of experience with Alteryx or any other ETL Tool
- Experience leveraging data to support business decision-making
- Demonstrate strong attention to details, problem-solving and critical thinking
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple research/analytics projects at the same time
- Experience managing and working with large databases, data management, including understanding of various data structure and common methods in data transformation, data validation
