Position Summary

The Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for maintaining compliant compensation and benefit programs. This role will administer and maintain all of our health and welfare plans as well as the Revance Therapeutics Retirement Plan 401(K). The incumbent will develop and maintain HRIS system to support increased efficiencies, data reporting, analysis and data integrity. The incumbent will also provide HR metrics and analytics for various HR related programs. The incumbent will assist the Total Rewards leader in analytical research, benchmarking and peer company comparisons to ensure Revance's competitiveness in the marketplace for Revance to attract, retain and motivate a highly skilled workforce and to drive for opportunistic plan design improvements.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

The Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for maintaining compliant compensation and benefit programs. This role will administer and maintain all of our health and welfare plans as well as the Revance Therapeutics Retirement Plan 401(K). The incumbent will develop and maintain HRIS system to support increased efficiencies, data reporting, analysis and data integrity. The incumbent will also provide HR metrics and analytics for various HR related programs. The incumbent will assist the Total Rewards leader in analytical research, benchmarking and peer company comparisons to ensure Revance's competitiveness in the marketplace for Revance to attract, retain and motivate a highly skilled workforce and to drive for opportunistic plan design improvements.

Essential Functions:

Benefits -

Provide analytical support for employee benefit programs by analyzing trend data and legislative updates and requirements to keep compliant and market competitive
  • Assist employees in answering questions and counseling them on types of coverage
  • Process claims, review and adjust monthly premiums for all of our benefits offerings
  • Coordinate and administer the company's benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, wellness, group life, disability, salary continuation, workers' compensation and COBRA programs
  • Coordinate the company's leave of absences program with employees and vendor
  • Educate employees on how the 401(k) plan works, including enrollment, rollover, loans, etc.
  • Work with various insurance carriers and plan administrators
  • Assist with annual open enrolment meetings and new set-ups in ADP
  • Distribute benefits related communication including SARs and Form 5500
  • Work on compliance audit projects
  • Organize health fair and other benefit related events
  • Participate in Benefit surveys


Compensation -
  • Complete job evaluation, FLSA classification and market pricing of jobs
  • Update and maintain job descriptions companywide
  • Participate in Compensation surveys to ensure market competitiveness
  • Participates in the annual compensation planning including merit, bonus, promotions, adjustments and equity programs.
  • Partners with Finance on the monthly bonus accruals process
  • Assist with annual job reviews to determine salary range movements
  • Administer equity program, including data maintenance in E-Trade and reporting
  • Provide robust executive comp data and analysis, including Board analysis, that support comp initiatives spearheaded by the Head of Total Rewards, the SVP HR and Head of People and for any Comp Committee agendas
  • Conduct targeted comp analysis to ensure equity and fairness among gender and race for all levels throughout the organization


Metrics and Analytics -
  • Work with IT to integrate reporting and metrics with existing systems
  • Run HRIS reports for HR metrics updates and various management reports
  • Manage the HR dash board


Other HR Projects & Program Support -
  • Liaison with Finance/Accounting groups to ensure smooth payroll operations, benefit premium payments, and quarterly forecasts in budgeting employee expenses
  • Participate in the HR portal design for the Company Intranet
  • Assist with HR related programs in communication and coordinating HR events
  • Provide general support to various HR projects and programs.


Education

Minimum Required:
  • A./B.S. degree


Preferred:
  • Certified Benefits and Compensation designation


Experience

Minimum Required:
  • 5+ years of professional Benefits administration experience
  • 2 + years of experience as a Compensation analyst


Preferred:
  • Biotech/Pharma experience


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient in advanced MS Excel & Powerpoint
  • Highly analytical math orientation
  • ADP/HRIS experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HRIS and its report writing capability
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to employee benefits programs and retirement plans.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
