This job is part of the Latin America & Caribbean Sales Planning Team within the Global Sales Division. This position is responsible for engaging in performance analysis, execution of commercial strategy, and supports key business objectives. This will require a creative, energetic, and self-motivated candidate who thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

 

This position is based in Miami, Florida

What you'll do

  • Leads multi-phased projects requiring coordination with internal and external stakeholders  
  • Applies advanced analytical techniques utilizing Sales, Revenue Management, Network Planning, and Customer Insights & Loyalty data to recognize performance drivers and identify areas of opportunity
  • Anticipates and proactively responds to account manager issues and queries
  • Aims towards becoming a subject matter expert in corporate and agency reporting
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for customers and leadership that showcase business performance trends, offer marketplace insights, and provide actionable next steps
  • Presents findings and updates clearly and concisely using PowerPoint, Excel and/or Tableau 

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training required, MBA or equivalent degree a plus 
  • 3 years related work experience
  •  Minimal travel required
  • Sales, Sales Planning, Revenue Management, and/or Network Planning experience a plus
  • Sound strategic business analysis acumen with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; includes building presentations for senior leadership and public speaking
  • Competency to synthesize complex topics into simple, clear conclusions and recommendations  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); SQL, Tableau, Power BI a plus
  • Ability to accept ownership, responsibility and accountability for functional obligations, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and adapting to a changing environment  

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • MBA or equivalent degree
  • Sales, sales planning, revenue management, and/or network planning experience
  • Forecasting, financial modeling, data analysis and/or budgeting experience
  • SQL, Tableau, Power BI proficiency
  • Experience with Prism, Mosaic and Diio Mi
