This position will have a range of responsibilities and initiatives to contribute to as a member of the Talent and Development Team.

What you'll do

The ideal candidate will help coordinate initiatives that will be vital to the Revenue Organization’s success, including but not limited to the following:

  • Further development of industry leading departmental education program that will transform the way in which analysts develop technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Analyst will work to develop the platform by which information is shared, create comprehensive outline of program deliverables, manage content delivery, and provide a tracking mechanism for employee success.
  • Championing creative solutions to meet continuously changing staffing needs.
  • Assisting in development of programs to identify data driven ways to quantify staffing trends, build stronger, more in-depth relationships with top US universities, create more efficient ways to screen and source talent, and effectively track a fluid organization of 350+ employees. Candidate will partner with HR, Finance, Compensation and other external groups while reporting regularly on status of the organization to senior leadership.
  • Administration of college and internal recruiting programs including info sessions, assessments, interview coordination, consulting and assisting employees regarding on-boarding process.

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience/training
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Proven history of relentless focus on continuous improvement in a functional area
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and present effectively to senior management, other departments, and team members
  • Ability to drive towards group consensus in a collaborative manner
  • Experience in developing frameworks for process improvement using quantified and measurable methods
  • Superior time management, organization skills with ability to prioritize, and manage tasks effectively without direct supervision
