Job Title:Celergo Account Transition Manager

The Account Transition Manager will coordinate Account Transitions from Streamline to the new model, from initial client request to implementation. The Account Transition Manager goals are to provide a smooth client journey while managing all external and internal stakeholders, and also to manage the priorities among the client portfolio in order to positively impact client experience, retention and incremental business.

The Account Transition Manager is specifically responsible for understanding each client specific goals in order to make the right recommendations in its transition journey with ADP.

The Account Transition Manager has to be flexible and comfortable with working in complex and fast-evolving environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the migration pipeline inbound flow
  • Qualify the migration requests coming from the various client-facing groups
  • Assess the business value from the client migration and define priorities across the portfolio
  • Follow up on client status until they start the actual migration process
  • Manage communication and decision processes with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate the discussions and decisions among the client stakeholders
  • Ensure roles & responsibilities discipline and client ownership
  • Drive the right conversations with the client as needed
  • Drive conversations to set the migration client goals
  • Demonstrate the future model product and service
  • Set the expectations in terms of scope, timeline and efforts
  • Help the client to anticipate its related internal change management efforts to be done
  • Follow up with the client management teams
  • Keep control on the contracting actions to be done before implementation
  • Partner with sales & account management resources to ensure best business ownership
  • Provide first level of answers and decisions to the client as needed
  • Coordinate current contract assessment and future amendment build with Legal
  • Coordinate with other internal stakeholders including Operations, Products, GSO and executive leadership as needed
  • Ensure organization alignment on migration goals and priorities
  • Provide visibility to the implementation teams to anticipate the migration effort
  • Contribute to the scale and better efficiency of the migration organization


  • Passion - Client Management
  • Experience -- Minimum of 2 years of client relationship management at ADP Streamline
  • Preferred location is Budapest
  • Other Skills and Abilities
  • English speaking.
  • Ability to maintain priorities in a constantly changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, selling orientation
  • Negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Expertise using MS Office applications
  • Ability to travel.
