Manage clients, oversee quality and delivery of monthly payroll, coordinate between client, COEs, ADP Switzerland, and ensure client satisfaction and retention

Descriptions of tasks & responsibilities

Account Management:

  • Establishing a trusted,
  • Professional business partnership with the relevant decision maker(s) on the client side, and through this addressing and solving any issues potentially destabilizing the relationship between client & ADP before they escalate
  • This should also include and leverage our ADP Streamline contacts,
  • Managing any client need, request, feedback or escalation and ensuring commitment of all relevant stakeholders, both ADP internal and external (eg. software suppliers and external consultants)

Optimizing Client

  • Satisfaction Survey participation (NPS) and ensure deployment of a quality framework to support a factual assessment of ADP's performance (KPIs),
  • Securing that all internal ADP and client processes are followed
  • Establishing reference clients and generating leads via clients-
  • Identifying client needs, consulting on possible solutions and offering potentially interesting products (sales to the base) and generally creating awareness of all commercial opportunities (supported by sales department, depending on topic complexity)
  • Improve client efficiency by analyzing workflows and processes

Operational Management

  • Meet the quality objectives of your clients (SLA),
  • Guarantee that services are compliant with the contract and the service definition
  • Be the strategic contact for the client and keep highest client satisfaction

Main Tasks:

  • Responsible for management of a portfolio of client accounts ('client basket')
  • Organize and coordinate payroll and other services pursuant to the agreed guidelines: receive and dispatch instructions, follow-up execution, quality and control, trouble shooting, ensure ISAE-3402 compliance
  • Stay in close contact with the client
  • Be in frequent (daily) contact with CoEs, associates and optimize quality and processes
  • Organize periodical performance based meetings to discuss KPIs, open issues, needs/wishes, etc. with operational contact/management
  • Mainly for local Clients, organize informal meeting periodically including MS Manager or Director as needed, Gain full understanding of Clients' contracts and terms
  • Understand client needs and propose best solutions and follow-up
  • Coordinate between all involved stakeholders to meet client needs: Sales, Implementation, CoEs, Support, Streamline
  • Supervise amendments in the mandates for compliance with Swiss legislation and client specific rulings
  • pro-actively inform clients about legal & regulatory changes
  • Gather and analyse quality indicators from the CoE Payroll Specialists on clients and report accordingly to CoE owner in - country,
  • Update the CRM system
  • Supervise invoicing via Abacus as well as its extension for Streamline clients in Proforma,
  • Be involved in the service implementation for new clients: attend analysis, design MS process and create guidelines (OPM)
  • Support parallel runs as needed and inform clients on service organization and processes
  • Act proactively in the individual championship role and support the management on BPI


Master's degree

English, French (German is a plus value)
