Position Description Bank of America N. A. Hong Kong Banknotes Operations is looking for an enthusiastic, cooperative and communicative individual. Hong Kong Banknotes Operations performs the end to end operations for Banknotes business. Also the team has active communication with regional clients for attending to their needs and queries, and delivers world-class services. The team works with Regional Sales team, Global Wholesale Banknotes and Global Banknotes Operations, and provides information and support to the stakeholders. The role requires building strong relationships with Business Partners across LOBs.
Perform activities in client order placement and fulfillment.
Implement and monitor the process controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness in order placement and fulfillment processes.
Conduct end-to-end process review to ensure operations are in compliance with policies and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with business partners to provide solutions to operational issues and problems.
Provide management on vendor's performance and expense control.
Provide coordination, analysis and implementation on operational projects around business processes, technology upgrades, management reporting, etc.
Possess strong common business sense.
Energetic, organized, methodical and detail-oriented.
Highly motivated and disciplined, requires minimum supervision and guidance.
Willingness and capability to learn and adapt.
Flexible for occasional overtime requirements
Flexible for night shift work arrangement
Working experience is not required. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Business process oriented and client oriented.
Strong academic foundation.
Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Good communication skills in both verbal and written English.
Proficiency in use of Mandarin would be an advantage.
Proficient in PC Knowledge and familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, etc.
Good time management, people skills and good business acumen.
