The purpose of the AML Financial Crime Investigations team is to ensure that the systems it is tasked with surveilling are at all times being used in accordance with the legal and regulatory Anti-Money Laundering framework within the Americas and to escalate issues of concern to AML Management in a timely manner. This includes the manual escalations from multiple areas such as the Business Intelligence Unit (BIU), Anti-Bribery & Corruption Team (ABC), Business Line AML, and any Unusual Activity Reports.
Reporting to the MI & Analytics Team Manager in Jacksonville and as part of the wider Americas AML and Anti Financial Crime Team. As part of team, your main focus is supporting and performing trend analysis, univariate and multivariate analysis. Primary responsibilities included are related to MIS report preparations for senior management.
Conduct trend analysis, univariate and multivariate analysis across all measurable system results in order to establish thresholds and parameter settings
Responsible for receiving, organizing and reviewing conduct productivity reviews and establish operational metrics
Prepare regular & periodic MIS reports
Support UAT testing of newly developed rules & parameters
Keep abreast of new rules, regulations and reputation risks to develop, implement and revise current policies & procedures
Perform detailed investigations and prepare summary reports with recommendations for action regarding parties who are the subject of the report
Design and create PowerPoint presentations, Excel Spreadsheets, and Word documents as directed for senior members of the AFC Department
Work on special projects & assist the NY Team as needed
