The General Utility/Dish Room Attendant maintains daily operation of dish machine in accordance with proper procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and floors.
Job Qualifications Required:
High School diploma, GED or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Ability to properly clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take direction.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Proven ability to interact with members of the community representing diverse backgrounds and interests.
The job involves all of the following in various degrees but is not limited to only these physical demands: attendance, standing, sitting, walking, carrying, squatting, ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds, climbing, twisting, cleaning, reaching, crawling, kneeling, pulling, pushing, writing, seeing.
Job Qualifications Preferred:
Previous experience in restaurant, college or cafe-style food service preferred with knowledge of dish machine operations.
