Evening shifts are available and at least 1 weekend evening is required per week! Typical evening hours start between 1pm and 5pm and are 6 hour shifts, 4 days/week. Holidays are required on a rotating basis. Variety of schedules available! Required Qualifications:Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of West Virginia 2+ years of experience in any clinical setting Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications, and strong technical aptitude Must live within a commutable distance of our Charleston, WV office location (50 minutes or 50 miles) Ability to work evening shift including at least 1 weekend evening per week Ability to work Monday - Friday during daytime hours for first 5 weeks for training Multiple state licensure (in addition to Compact License if applicable) or ability to obtain multiple state nursing licenses requiredPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience working with the geriatric population Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) Coaching, motivational interviewing and/or decision support experience Home health experience Triage experience Emergency room experience Case management experience Previous customer service experience Previous experience in a call center environment Highly organized, self-directed worker with an ability to function in high volume environment Strong verbal and written communication skillsCareers with Optum.
