We are looking to recruit a Business Analyst / Executive to join the MIRA Investors Solutions Group based in Hong Kong. In this role you will work in a fast paced, challenging environment where you will be exposed to activities associated with fund raising, investor relations and business development.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support Investor Relationship Managers (RMs) to design and execute a proactive investor relations program
Support RMs for ongoing interaction and communication between MIRA and its clients
Develop and maintain relationship with small and medium sized investors
Ensure quarterly fund performance updates are communicated to all clients
Prepare and compile tailored responses to clients qualitative and quantitative questions and questionnaires, including annual surveys and operational DDQs
Prepare proper RFPs requested by clients and communicate with them
Preparation of marketing and investor relations materials for internal and external use
Work with the Fund teams for investors queries and requests
Manage the CRM system on investor information, fund raising status, etc.
Support product road-shows and related follow-ups
Support new product development initiatives
Work with MIRA central team for ISG operational matters
Be highly motivated, entrepreneurial, proactive and able to deliver against challenging targets with limited supervision and
Have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English and Mandarin
Be a team player;
Have tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline;
Preferably have at least 2~5 years' experience of capital raising, client support, investment banking or infrastructure/real estate sector with hands on experience in M&A activities
Have a certain level of understanding in private equity investment structures, including documentation (LPA, subscription docs, side letters) and fee arrangements (management fee, performance fee, etc.)
Have PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Bloomberg skills; and
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute them with a sense of urgency
Strong attention to detail
Highly motivated with ability to work both independently and in a large team setting
Highest levels of personal and professional integrity
