This Sr. Manager, Digital Health Business Strategy and Development will be responsible for:
Playing a dual role of leading strategy initiatives for the BCH enterprise broadly and within innovation and digital health.
Facilitating decision making by executive leadership on how to best navigate challenging market dynamics and maintain our leadership position across clinical, research, teaching, and community efforts.
Developing partnership strategies with external organizations to expand/execute digital health business strategies.
Managing strategy projects and providing analytic thought leadership for key strategy initiatives across the hospital.
Leading digital health business plan development and execution.
Leading cross-functional projects and developing go-to-market approaches and implementation plans as well as leading partnerships with other organizations in developing digital health solutions.
Building buy-in and support from key stakeholders.
Representing strategy and digital health strategy to internal/external steakholders.
To qualify, you must have:
A Master's degree with 7+ years of experience, with 2+ years in consulting on the development and execution of strategic initiatives for a complex healthcare organization. Demonstrated ability to structure processes that facilitate strategic planning and evaluation within a complex healthcare organization.
Substantial formal experience in enterprise-wide project management as well as familiarity with emerging healthcare business models.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to establish and maintain credibility with executive and physician leadership and across clinical, functional, and academic areas strongly preferred.
The role will be part of the Innovation and Digital Health Accelerator (IDHA), which brings business and strategy expertise to help Boston Children's Hospital (BCH) innovators address the needs of patients/families, clinicians, and health systems across our network and around the globe. Our goal is to develop and accelerate BCH digital health offerings to extend access, reach, and scale to BCH expertise, improving child health. As such, the role will serve both IDHA with strategic leadership in digital health and serve the broader hospital in its strategy function.
