In compliance with administrative direction from the Manager of Computer Support Services, the Program Support Services Supervisor 2 will be responsible for hiring and scheduling of Student Assistants for student computer labs, processing of payroll for student employees, training and supervision of Student Assistants, coordinate the scheduling of student computer labs, monitoring of and maintaining printer supplies for student computer labs, maintain ProCard and associated accounting for all purchases, create purchase requisitions for new equipment, ordering of new cellular equipment for University use, reconciling cellular bills and rebilling for costs, initiating and modifying cellular plans to meet customer needs within applicable constraints, reconciling telephony related bills for Information Services.
University Cellular Services Coordinator: - This duty involves managing the University cell phone plans and equipment. This amounts to approximately 250 cellular plans spread across three providers. Requirements include processing new phone requests, new phone equipment, cancellation requests, modifying service plans for out of country use and other administrative activities associated with the vendors. Processing old phone equipment for surplus or reuse, and assisting users of cellular phones as needed.
Student Lab Assistant Supervisor: - This duty includes the hiring, training, and scheduling of student employees that are used to patrol and maintain the student computer labs.
Student Computer Labs Coordinator: - This duty involves fielding usage requests, coordinating lab schedules against 25Live for teaching use and other usage. Ensuring that expendable supplies are maintained in the labs, this includes printer toner, paper, and any other expendables maintained by the student Technology Fee. Monitoring the state of the labs through student assistant reports as well as onsite evaluation.
Telecommunications Billing Coordinator: - This duty involves reconciling the invoices for regular charges, and coding them into VeraSmart for monthly billing cycles. Closing the monthly billing cycle, generating the billing feed, correcting any discrepancies, producing the monthly report and distributing it to all department points of contact. Maintain the point of contact list for University re-billing to all departments as needed, provide those point of contact persons with assistance handling billing discrepancies etc. - Assigns and checks work and provides training. May provide feedback to supervisor to assist with work assignments and job performance.

Basic computer skills required to function in an office setting, some supervisory experience, ability to lift and carry some supplies for printers etc.
OR applicable combination of education and/or experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position
Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management or related field.
Five years of experience working in an office setting with supervisory duties.
Experience working at a University with exposure to supervising a young workforce.
Certified capabilities with Microsoft Office products.
Demonstrable knowledge of printing systems and how they work.
Relevant work experience in the cellular industry, five years of experience working with industry billing for telephony services both land and cellular based.
Experience working with Peoplesoft, Verasmart and 25Live Academic Scheduling software.
Desired Knowledge Skills & Abilities: Excellent and in depth skillset with latest version of Microsoft Office.
Extensive knowledge of telecommunications industry equipment, systems and billing practices.

Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule
Salary: $3,062/month with periodic increases up to $4,005/month
Working Conditions: Work is performed in an indoor office setting with frequent in-person interactions. It is essential to be able to remain at a desk/computer work station for prolonged periods of time, perform extensive data entry and other computer-related tasks and create/maintain filing systems for departmental records. Some evening or weekend work and/or occasional travel may be required.
