The Diversity Initiatives Program Assistant provides essential administrative support to the Associate Dean of Diversity Initiatives in matters relating to program activities, including academic & student activities, office support, program publicity and information, committee support, special events, and office-to-office support.
Excellent writing and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Working knowledge of spreadsheet, database and word processing software. Microsoft Office, GMail and Excel knowledge necessary.
Must be able to shift focus and priority in pressure environment. Must be able to work with diverse population.
Required: High school diploma
Preferred: Bachelorâ??s degree
3-5 years of office administration or related experience
