Role / Responsibilities: ? Support new debt set-up, data capture (e.g., amendments), lifecycle data maintenance, and data quality assurance ? Monitoring publicly available data in market exchanges to support data entry of new issuance ? Searching relevant debt issuance documents on different public and other sources including issuer's website ? Work around large volume of data to provide required results using MS Access database ? Do programming in excel using VBA coding based on work demand ? Able to provide solutions to simplify complex data and extract desired information ? General business administration role in a Financial Services Organization ? Data entry, data maintenance and data quality assurance for Rating queues ? Deliver high level of service across a high volume of transactions ? Maintain and manage assigned rating queues
Qualifications: ? Graduate / Postgraduate with 0 - 3 yrs. of experience + Good academic results ? Have expertise in the following areas: - VBA Coding for MS Access and MS Excel Applications - Creation / modification of MS Access Database and structuring of large data into tables - Import and Export data into and out of the MS Access tool (including SharePoint environment) - Writing and creation of SQL queries and Form code - Strong experience with MS Excel ? Intermediate - expert knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ? Professional verbal and written communication skills ? Excellent attention to details ? Ability to complete large number of processes with no errors ? Highly organized and efficient ? Good interpersonal and teamwork skills ? Experience of working with financial data would be an added advantage
