Greets persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
Assists Director with potential clients and retention of existing.
Monitors vendor activities. (Including scheduling events, preparing materials, and posting related information to the website.)
Assist with promotional items such as newsletter, brochures, mailings and/or invitations.
Prepares for events including seminars and meetings. (May be required to move and arrange furniture and other service items.)
Creates, maintains, and enters information into databases.
Maintains facility calendar.
Monitors websites, handles questions and makes suggestions for improvement.
Assists Director with grant activities.
Operates office equipment, such as copiers, or phone systems and arranges for repairs when equipment malfunctions. Liaison between department and vendors.
Performs related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessarySkill in oral communication to convey information effectively.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
Associates degree or higher.
Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
Experience in the process of preparing and managing grants.
Experience managing tenants.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
$13.27/hour - $17.31/hour
