We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Middle Market Leveraged Finance.
Engage in discussions with middle market Financial Sponsors, supporting the team as part of the MMFS deal team to originate Private Equity loan transactions
Work closely as part of the MMFS deal team to structure and execute credit facilities for proposed leveraged and acquisition finance transactions
Prepare detailed client plans, pitch books, term sheets, industry reports, financial models, pricing proposals and credit proposals
On-going portfolio monitoring to ensure credit quality and transaction profitability of the MMFS loan portfolio is accurate and up to date
Interface with Risk to ensure continuous communication of the customer risk and exposure profile is accurate and up to date
Provide timely and accurate MMFS management information to MMFS Senior Management to meet business and regulatory requirements
Communicate MMFS policies, governance, practices and standards to MMFS team members, ensuring they are understood and applied, in order to ensure quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance
Finance and accounting industry experience, with exposure in leveraged and acquisition finance or the broader structured finance environment
Strong capability in financial modelling, credit analysis and credit presentation, with an understanding and ability to structure complex transactions
Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills to ensure ability to manage multiple projects and multiple deadlines
Sound understanding of commercial banking products and services, especially trade, cash management, treasury, insurance and wealth management products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with ability to interact at a senior and strategic level
Excellent level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues
