Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the IHHS Health Clinic Director, Clinical Educators, Staff and Students.
Manage and monitor the status of multiple budgets consisting of State and Foundation accounts.
Responsible for departmental purchasing, accounts payable, payroll, P-Card and Banner reconciliation.
Process travel authorizations/reimbursements and One-Time Payment’s.
Maintain clinical educator, staff and graduate student files and departmental correspondence.
Prepare clinical semester calendars, student contact information and placements.
Keep students, clinical educators and staff in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Coordinate administrative meetings and other functions such as scheduling appointments, rooms and materials.
Supervise graduate assistants and work study student employees.
Ensure paperwork is correctly completed and distributed to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated possession of knowledge, skills and abilities gained through at least three years of office administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills and communication skills with an attention to detail and organization is preferred.
