More specifically, you will lead and champion the museum’s membership programs, driving growth as it relates to earned income, new and repeat attendance and participation in programming and events. You will work in close collaboration with the Visitor Services team, which serves as the on-site membership sales arm and the Interpretation Department which develops and delivers member-specific programming. We utilize the Tessitura network for management of our membership and donor data, so your ability to effectively access this system will underpin your work here.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is plus 5 - 7 years’ proven experience in non-profit membership sales and administration, preferably in a public museum or cultural institution is required. Warm, professional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with Museum members, the general public and staff will be integral to your success.
