Introduce current and prospective clients to CBOE Vest investment products and services through telephone conversations, web-based presentations and in-person meetings.
Responsible for qualifying prospects via responding to inquiries, cold calling, direct mail campaigns, etc.
Collaborate with the Wholesaler, through dedicated telephone activity, to support and enhance the Wholesaler's face-to-face sales efforts and the development and maintenance of long-term relationships with financial advisors.
Cultivate and manage client relationships by responding to client inquiries, providing ongoing communication with clients/prospects, and ensuring that CBOE Vest business partners provide exemplary services to our most important clients.
Maintain sound knowledge and understanding of: CBOE Vest products, technology offerings and Funds; sales tools and processes
Actively share sales ideas with colleagues and support team initiatives.
Provide sales support to the outside relationship management team through client call backs, written follow up and lead generation.
Assists relationship managers and outside sales in securing meetings and ensuring that post meeting follow-up tasks are completed expeditiously.
Achieve specific goals, e.g. contacts, presentations, qualified lead generations, as established by the department head.
Education and Experience
Appropriate FINRA licenses 7,66
Demonstrated record of successful customer service and client relationship management in the financial professional channel.
Options knowledge a plus.
