The Senior Producer provides a vision for BackStory's future as one of the top history podcasts in the field, has deep knowledge of podcast production and editing, and has demonstrated experience managing and producing high quality audio in a deadline-driven setting.
The Senior Producer will acquire a working knowledge of the VFH, its programs, University systems, and will operate effectively in public and academic settings.
VFH offers the dynamic work environment and a wide array of programming: the Virginia Festival of the Book, the weekly public radio show "With Good Reason," the online Encyclopedia Virginia, international Fellowships, among other programs.
