We are currently accepting applications for a Program Manager - Foster Care in our Richmond office. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) program, to include program development, budgeting, quality assurance, networking, collaboration, and staff supervision. Duties may include but are not limited to managing all aspects of the TFC program in accordance with licensing standards and grant requirements; directly supervising and evaluating capabilities of staff to achieve program goals; conducting staff meetings and individual supervision on a regular basis; developing and monitoring procedures in compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements; preparing budgets and monitoring program expenses; encouraging program development; and interpreting agency policy and providing explanations of program standards and goals to staff, government officials, and the general public. Qualified candidates will have a Master's degree in Social Work plus 3 years experience in providing casework services to children and families and 1 year as an administrator or supervisor of casework services; or Master's degree in a related field plus 4 years experience in providing case work services to children and families (Two of which must be in a child-placing agency and one year must be as an administrator or supervisor of casework services). LPC/LCSW preferred.
