Ensures that appropriate governance controls are implemented for each project, including compliance to policies and procedures and other requirements.
Performs continuous review of projects to ensure all issues, risks, dependencies, gaps or exceptions have been appropriately assessed and highlighted.
Document, track and monitor the progress of all open Assurance gaps.
Validate that each project is fully baselined and project based measures are established.
Validate that all governance forums (Project Steering Groups and Working Groups) are run on a regular basis, and are effective in terms of driving project deliverables and participate where required.
Validate that activities, resources and documents that will be required to successfully deliver the project are determined and planned for.
Track and monitor all open Assurance gaps to closure. Ensure escalation to Head of Assurance on the long overdue items.
Monitor each project to validate that risks/issues that may put the project deliverables and timelines at risk are escalated early and appropriately assessed and facilitate the resolution/mitigation process, where necessary.
Support the fortnightly Programme PWG, Programme Governance and the Monthly Programme Health Status Review meeting hosted by the FCRMP Programme Director.
Provide Monthly Assurance reporting to the FCRMP PSC.
Provide assurance review of the FCRMP Monthly Dashboard.
Identify emerging issues/trends arising from continuous tracking.
Programme Assurance team support in preparing Assurance Metrics, Assurance Tracker and general team administration including meeting schedule, meeting minutes.

Qualifications and Skills
At least 3-5 years experience working in a Project / Programme Office environment.
Experience in project / programme management
Hands-on experience in running projects and good grasp of Project Management methodologies.
